Orana Electrical completed the retubing of a critical auxiliary boiler, upgrading the existing copper tubing to stainless steel to meet current operational and compliance standards.

As a key piece of plant equipment, the auxiliary boiler plays an essential role in maintaining reliable site operations. The upgrade was necessary to improve durability, enhance corrosion resistance, and ensure long-term performance under demanding conditions.

The project scope included removal of the existing copper tubes, installation of stainless steel tubing, and coordination to ensure the system met all relevant standards and performance requirements. Works were carried out with a strong focus on quality, safety, and minimising disruption to operations.

This upgrade has strengthened the integrity and reliability of the boiler, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and aligned with modern industry standards.
